Obviously, no two assignments are alike, that also means that rates mentioned here fluctuate. For example, large multi-day events might require me to have to take into account more travel/location costs but would also allow me to potentially provide a discount on other elements. If you want to use the pictures for commercial purposes (e.g. promotional content via film stills) I have to take into consideration what the rights to the pictures cost.

Nevertheless, if you look at the rates you should get a decent indication/starting point of what it will likely cost to have me take pictures for you. Please keep in mind that these rates are without 21% tax. These rates always include:

• ‘Normal’ use of the images (e.g. personal social media, or on your own website). This is something we agree upon beforehand and discuss when setting up the assignment.

• The time it takes me to select a solid subset of the images and small editing touch-ups (e.g. removing that pimple you got on the day of our shoot).

• My usual timeline of delivery of the images within about a week (never more than two weeks) of the images. Do you want the images sooner? Or the same day even? No problem, but I might have to charge a bit for that.

• Digital delivery, do you want the images printed as well? That can be arranged for a charge.
